    About Abby

    Abigail Cooper Marshall, LCSW

Abigail Marshall, LCSW, is an Internal Family Systems Level 3 trained psychotherapist, with advanced training in the neurobiology of traumatic stress and polyvagal nervous system regulation. Drawing on dynamic clinical experience, she offers a unique blend of relational play therapy, attachment-based approaches, and process art. She has a special ability to connect with hard‑to‑reach or neurodivergent children and adults, while skillfully managing complex diagnostic cases.

Abby’s ideal clients are adults, children & families who struggle with emotional regulation, rumination, reassurance seeking, phobias, or executive functioning challenges such as planning, flexibility, and impulse control. They need a safe, relational space to feel understood, along with creative tools—play, art, and crafts—to express emotions, practice mindfulness, and build resilience. Their goals include learning self‑regulation, reducing anxiety, strengthening executive skills, and thriving emotionally, academically, and socially.

With advanced training and clinical experience, Abby offers a unique blend of relational play, attachment-based therapy, and process art. She understands how overwhelming it can feel when you or your child struggle with big emotions, anxiety, or fears. Her goal is to provide a safe, creative, and supportive space where healing feels possible and growth can begin. If this resonates with you, Abby invites you to reach out as she’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
