About Light Street Psychotherapy

Meredith Strauss founded Light Street Psychotherapy in 2011. Meredith’s mission in creating Light Street was to help her clients evolve and grow to learn equanimity in a chaotic world.   Meredith wanted to empower her clients to discover the polarities that exist inside them to find balance, peace, love and joy in their hearts.  Learn more about Meredith Strauss, LCSW

In 2019, Meredith partnered with Gina Totino, LCSW to grow the practice and serve a larger population. Gina’s skill set helped grow the practice to bring on additional therapists at Light Street Psychotherapy.

Light Street Psychotherapy works with adults, adolescents, and their families who suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, Dissociative Identity Disorder, divorce, relationship issues, and anger management.

Meredith and Gina’s therapeutic approaches help clients learn the skills to stay centered in a stressful and fast-paced world. They find appropriate solutions to problems, enhance interpersonal relationships, and guide clients toward balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace using integrative, evidence-based methods grounded in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
