Abigail completed her MSW at the University of Vermont. She is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. Abby works using a holistic approach incorporating multiple aspects of the human experience, including nutrition, physical wellness and social or familial support. She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and has completed Level One through The IFS Institute. In addition, she has studied at the Beck Institute in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families and offers therapy that is rooted in strong theoretical frameworks and applied with a dynamic and client-led approach. Trauma Informed Therapy and the interconnectedness of the mind and body are of special interest. Abigail uses targeted training to work with individuals and families who struggle with trauma, parenting, substance use, and psychiatric difficulties.
